Disliked: My experience at this hotel was disappointing overall, particularly considering the value for the price. While the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, the condition of the property and several issues during my stay made it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. The exterior of the building looks dated, and the entrance gives a poor first impression. The carpet near the main entrance appeared heavily worn and poorly maintained, making the property feel neglected. Although some renovations have been made, they do not fully address the age and condition of the underlying facilities. My biggest concern was the lack of sound insulation inside the hotel. I am not referring to the airport noise, which I actually enjoyed, but rather the noise from inside the building. There was a substantial gap beneath or around my room door that allowed hallway light to shine into the room and made conversations and other hallway noises easily audible. The walls also seemed very thin, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest. On one night, a neighboring guest caused a prolonged disturbance, pounding on a door and repeatedly calling the room for approximately 20 minutes. I contacted the front desk for assistance, but the issue was not meaningfully addressed. I also mentioned the incident at checkout, yet no one followed up or offered any accommodation for the disruption and inconvenience. Given that I specifically wanted a comfortable place to relax, this was particularly disappointing. The room also had several design and convenience issues. The bathroom was extremely small, and the inward-opening door left very little usable space. There were insufficient hooks for hanging personal items or toiletry bags, which made an already cramped bathroom less functional. Additionally, the televisions were not smart TVs, so there was no convenient way to stream content from personal devices or access popular streaming applications.

Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing - we had better at a Holiday Inn Express. The bathroom is tiny.

Disliked: Could hear other guests who were loud in hallway.

Liked: Good value, close to airport, easy shuttle service, very friendly service.

Disliked: Parts of the property smelled strongly of weed. Room had no smell when I got there but later the smell started and was quite strong/nauseating after a long travel day - I think it was coming from a room nearby.
