Liked: Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our stay because the room provided was not in acceptable condition. We found a cockroach in the room, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
Disliked: The room was not clean or suitable for guests, as we found a cockroach. When we reported the issue to the front desk the following morning, the staff was unhelpful and did not offer a satisfactory solution. We requested the corporate contact information but were unable to obtain it. We had to leave and book another hotel at an additional expense. I also contacted the hotel the next day to speak with a manager, but three days later, I was still waiting for a return call. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and follow-up was extremely disappointing.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable. Front Desk Staff was nice and helpful. Parking was good. Not too packed. Outdoor terrace was nice.
Disliked: My son fell down the stairs due to water on the stairs with no sign and never got called by the manager to review incident report. AC was out in lobby. Breakfast you can’t eat more than once. No fruit, no variety. Gravy was only made once in 3 nights I stayed. Cereal stale. Showers were clogged. But, overall better than other hotels in that area.

Liked: The location. I didn't get in the pool but it looked nice and clean.
Disliked: Weird smell. Issues with the fire alarm going off around noon on a Saturday. Checked out on Sunday morning and the elevators were out of order, I had to take multiple trips to take all my luggage and belongings down the stairs from the 4th floor.
Liked: The friendly staff and the room had a clean feel and comfortable bed.
Disliked: When I got there the room didn't have any soap or wash clothes. I wasn't pleased with the breakfast selection. There wasn't any fruit. It's what I was looking for.
Disliked: No hot water, not the fault of the employees. Old hotel is on borrowed time with a failing infrastructure.
