“Not Recommended for Solo Travellers”
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo travellers. The hotel feels unusually quiet, and it appears that only certain floors may be operational. Although the room itself was nicely designed and comfortable in appearance, the centralised air-conditioning was fixed at 23°C, which unfortunately did not provide sufficient cooling. On my first night, I woke up several times due to the room feeling warm, while outside noise from motorcycles and lorries made it even more difficult to sleep. The exterior of the building gives the impression of an abandoned hotel, and even the basement parking area felt rather unsettling. Throughout my two-day stay, I barely saw any other hotel guests, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was decent. However, on the second day, while having breakfast at the cafeteria, a hotel attendant approached me and asked for my room number again. The way the question was asked came across as rather rude and lacked courtesy. I believe staff should be more mindful of how they interact with guests. The one positive aspect of my stay was the front desk service, particularly Thiva, who was very helpful and accommodating. Honestly, this was probably the best part of my overall experience. As for the location, there are no halal eateries within comfortable walking distance. You will need to take a Grab to places like KOMTAR or Prangin Mall, which costs approximately RM7 per trip. Fortunately, these places are actually quite nearby. Basement parking is available at RM10 per entry. Overall: Despite having a nicely furnished room and helpful front desk staff, the uncomfortable atmosphere, poor air-conditioning experience, noise disturbance and lack of nearby halal dining options made my stay less enjoyable. I would think twice before returning, particularly if travelling alone.

“Friendly & Helpful Staff + Comfy Room”
The staff was helpful with giving direction to get to hotel. Easy to get parking in the basement. Clean and quiet room.

“Awesome place to stay”
Overall experience, it was a good place to stay. Friendly staff and environment except for the parking. Cause you have to pay on your own. Not free as a guest.
