“Used to be a luxury top hotel, now mainly a decent hotel interesting for families”
Liked: Large rooms for a reasonable price in Rio de Janeiro. Close to the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. The 24/7 store with coffee machine.
Disliked: The hotel needs refurbishment. Doors don't close well, and balcony doors can not be locked at all. Water/humidity damage is clearly visible in the room, bathroom, and hallway.

“The worst experience ever”

Disliked: A terrible experience. I traveled with my family for buisiness, bringing along my 9-month-old baby who is still breastfeeding. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was broken throughout the entire hotel; the room temperature was 26°C even with the windows open. There were cockroaches in the breakfast area. Only 3 of the 4 elevators was working. The children's pool was very dirty, and groups were allowed to drink and vape while playing loud music. The room was never vacuumed or mopped. They couldn't fix the AC, and my baby nearly became dehydrated—a situation I repeatedly reported to the front desk. Finally, after two days of this, the supervisor forwarded me an email from the manager stating that I would be refunded for the remaining nights (five nights). I replied asking if they would move me to another hotel, if they could put a fan in my room, or if I should look for a new hotel myself. I never received a response. To this day, I have heard nothing from management, and I haven't been refunded a single penny for the ordeal or for the fact that they put my baby's life at risk. I have a video of the supervisor in my check out with no solution, explaining the refound but i am still waiting. Please don't stay here. _____ Pesima experiencia. Al llegar el aire acondicionado estaba malo en todo el hotel. La habitación estaba a 26 grados con las ventanas abiertas. En el comedor para desayunar habían cucarachas. De los 4 ascensores funcionaba solo 2 o 3. La piscina de niños estaba muy sucia y permitian que grupos bebieran y vapearan escuchando su propia musica muy alta. La pieza nunca fue aspirada o trapeada. No pudieron arreglar el aire y mi bebe de 9 meses casi se deshidratada,lo cual les avisé repetidamente en recepción. El supervisor me envia correo del gerente que me devolverían el dinero de las noches siguientes y aun no me responden

“Best Glamor and facilation”
Excellent in any manner, for groups, vouples, and solo adventures. Truly a professional and pristine hotel with class and convenience. Everything a person needs is on a rocks through. Staff and extras are fancy and at your finger tips, wow great stay.
