YA-NOLD HOT SPRING HOTEL

Liked: 亞諾地理位置佳，人員客氣服務親切有禮，非常開心希望有機會再到礁溪，方便停車，出發至景點可租車或步行，溫泉泡湯很放鬆，重點非常乾淨。

First the negatives: Room — just one large bed, one TV, and two small bedside tables, nothing else. If you want something chilled there’s no minibar/fridge. If you wanted to work at a desk or play games you don’t have the space (you could bring a lap desk). Soundproofing isn’t great. Bathroom — the soaking tub is tiled, so if you’re very particular about cleanliness you might not like it. The shower area is small and sits next to the toilet. Now the positives: Room — overall cleanliness is good. The room isn’t large but is comfortable, and the bed is quite big. There are many TV channels (including music-only channels). Bathroom — the toilet and fixtures are kept clean. The layout devotes about half the space to the soaking tub, which is comfortable for a bath. There’s a hairdryer and branded shampoo/soap/conditioner amenities. Overall the value for money is quite high. There are many shops and vendors nearby, a FamilyMart opposite the hotel, and parking available. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast selection is plentiful and tastes good.

I had a single room, but it was so small I wondered if it was a capsule hotel. I was surprised — there wasn’t even room to spread out my luggage. I basically lived on the bed. Also, there was no refrigerator. I couldn’t believe it and asked the front desk; they said they can store things 24 hours, so I should leave them there. That would mean taking a bath in my room, riding the elevator down from the 5th floor to the front desk, and asking them to bring my beer. After thinking about that, I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble. Oh, but the breakfast was nice — felt like a proper hotel buffet.

First time staying at YA-NOLD HOT SPRING HOTEL. The room wasn't as large as I expected, but it was clean. Because we have sleep apnea, we asked the hotel for two extra pillows and they were very happy to provide them. It's much better than the neighboring X-Dong. At that place, if you ask for an extra pillow they charge 100 NTD per person — out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Jiaoxi Township, "X-Dong" was by far the worst. But I highly recommend YA-NOLD — it's a really great hotel.

Only 2 single rooms are available and they are on the public hotspring level. Noise from the hotspring can be heard inside the room. The hotel should install a soundproof door at the entrance of the hotspring. There is a door at the entrance leading to the hotel rooms at the hotspring level. Instead of keeping it closed., that door was kept open. The facilities are jaded as can be seen from the rust in the photos. Many mosquitoes. No handsoap at the sink and no clothes hanger.

Spacious and clean room, we and children enjoy our two days stay there.

The family room was very spacious and comfortable to sleep in. I liked the hot spring pool and the sauna. The location is good—close to restaurants and convenience stores, about 550 meters from the train station, so travel is convenient. The staff provided good service. Highly recommend.
