“Hiro and his wife are lovely hosts that made this stay the best one - by far - off or Japan trip”

Liked: We loved how spacious it was and how unique the decor and vibe was. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating and easy to reach. There was nothing we asked for that they weren’t able to provide. The fresh coffee beans and grinder for pour over coffee was a lovely touch that added to how special this little gem is. The location is out of the main part of Kyoto so felt very authentic. It was close to the train station and had lots of great places to eat and shop within easy walking distance.

Disliked: Although it was great to be in a local area that was very authentic - the commute was a bit long on those days when you clocked 20.000+ steps and just want to get home to or your feet up
