Yosuriguri Anook Ryokan Cheonan branch

This place is in right in middle of bars, massage parlors. This place is not for regular travelers it’s for one night love motel. Not suite it for with kids.

It was a random assignment but they upgraded our room ❤️ The area has places like karaoke bars nearby, so I was a bit uneasy about going out at night, but as soon as we entered the hotel the staff greeted us with the friendliest smiles and made me feel welcome. When we went up and opened the door, the atmosphere in the room was so nice that I was glad we came. Cleanliness: the room and bathroom were both tidy. There was maybe a little dust—maybe because of the lighting—but it wasn’t bothersome. Also, there were lots of amenities on the first floor like contact lens cases and toothbrushes, which was super convenient. My friends and I decided we’ll stay here again next time we’re in Cheonan! Not an ad — I was really disappointed at another hotel in Cheonan before and didn’t even bother writing a review, but this place gave us such a great experience that I wanted to leave one.

I stayed at Yosuriguri Anook Ryokan Cheonan branch in Downtown, Cheonan-si while on vacation and had a great stay. The facilities were good, hygiene was excellent, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I plan to book and stay again.

I liked the accommodation and the staff were friendly, but due to an issue with Agoda/the intermediary platform, we were given a different room than the one we booked. Since it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, I’m otherwise satisfied, but because of the inconvenience caused by poor communication between Agoda and the intermediary, I probably won’t book through Agoda again unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Aside from the fact that it's located in the middle of an entertainment district, I was extremely satisfied with everything else. Because my spouse was hospitalized at Soonchunhyang Hospital, I was able to provide care comfortably and without rushing during a 7-night stay. The accommodation was as clean and hygienic as Shilla Stay, and when I received a weekday room upgrade the price and room quality were even better. Also, the Seongjeong Traditional Market is only about 100 meters away and quite large, with lots of food options — I highly recommend it for solo business travelers.

It was a family trip, and I was worried because there weren't many suitable travel destinations in Cheonan, but the sauna relieved my fatigue. There are also great delivery restaurants, and it was nice for a one-night stay.

First of all, the exterior is pretty and unique. Best of all, it was super clean. The bedding was cozy and smelled fresh, like newly washed laundry. The decor items were well-designed and tasteful. The bathroom was clean — I took a half-bath with bath salts and slept like a log. Highly recommended.

I couldn't sleep until dawn because of music coming from an embarrassing entertainment bar called "Miinchon" in front of the property. The room in the photos is probably a suite. The standard rooms are just small motel rooms. This place has nothing to do with the words "cozy" or "ryokan." It's also located right in the middle of a seedy nightlife district.
