“Very good”
Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly. Especially the housekeeping staff.
Disliked: The hotel itself is really showing its age. The rooms have many issues with wear and tear, hallways are quite dirty (the walls) and overall the hotel needs a facelift.

“Do not book. SCAM ARTISTS”
Falsely advertised photos. Room was absolutely nothing like described. Window broken could not close all night Check in counters did not work resulting in waiting in line for over 1 hour to check in at 7-8pm at night. Further more the receptionist took a card on file “just to take a card and no charge” and proceeded to charge my card money after I left. And they are now not replying to my emails or messages nor is Agoda doing anything to help. I am a platinum Agoda member with hundreds of hotel bookings. This is the last.

“Barely acceptable.”
Liked: Location close to many things.
Disliked: Non-functioning air conditioning. Non-functioning check in kiosks. One staff member to work front counter resulting in standing in line 1 1/2 hours to get room key due to all automated check in kiosks not working.

“$1600 and I couldn't find a cup of coffee - even the coffee vending machine was broken.”
Liked: The lobby staff were nice
Disliked: The room was tiny - even smaller than I expected. The fourth floor staff was not interested at all when asked for help.

“A solid 4/5 stay - wonderful staff, comfortable room, but a few disappointments:(”
Liked: The lady who cleaned our room was such a sweetheart! The water didn't take too long to heat up and was always hot when you needed it to be. The 24/7 SpongeBob channel! The bed/sheets/pillows were very comfortable. The heated towel rack! Especially when I had to wash some clothes by hand, it was great for drying them
Disliked: The room was very humid and it seemed like the AC didn't work. There was no room for privacy, so I had to hide in the shower to change in and out of my clothes. I would have appreciated a mini fridge and water. And no complimentary breakfast was a disappointment. I can't pay $22 a person for a meal when the other person I have with me is a child and we can't even store the leftovers in the room. Plus, ugh, the change in pressure in the elevators was too much for me.

“Great Location, but Disappointing Experience for the Price”
Liked: The location was definitely the biggest positive. The hotel is conveniently located in Manhattan, making it easy to get around the city.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my overall experience was rather disappointing, especially considering the price. I booked two rooms for five nights, one for myself and one for my colleague, spending approximately $4,000 in total. For that amount of money, I expected a much better experience. The rooms were extremely small, almost resembling tiny cabins on a ship. While I understand that hotel rooms in New York City tend to be small, I still found the size disappointing for the price. The bed had a rather unusual design, although I must admit it was comfortable and I slept well. My colleague also mentioned that his room didn’t even have a refrigerator, which was surprising. The hotel itself could definitely benefit from a renovation. The overall design feels stuck in the early 2000s, and some of the furniture was visibly worn. However, my biggest disappointment was the organization and customer service. The hotel offers self check-in through several kiosks, but when I arrived, they were not functioning properly. As a result, there was an enormous line at reception, with only one staff member assisting guests. We waited approximately an hour, possibly longer, just to check in. Unfortunately, I experienced a similar situation when trying to collect two small packages I had shipped to the hotel through USPS before my arrival. I politely asked the staff member handling luggage if he could help me retrieve them. His response was quite abrupt, and he insisted that I had to wait in the reception line. I explained that the line was extremely long and that I simply needed to collect two packages, but he firmly repeated that there was no other option. As a result, I spent another hour to an hour and a half waiting, just to provide my name at reception so someone could locate my packages. Once the request was finally processed, the packages were found within approximately five minutes.
