2BR Soul Beach Mamsha Al Saadiyat Full Apartment

Disliked: It has ants and I was concern about the hygiene of the apartment ants are on dining table and all over the place we have to spray every few hours ants are on luggage and purse When report it to the owner he sent the maintenance guys who promised to bring the pets control after our check out!! Which I don’t really care it won’t help me! The owner did not ask afterward or check if we are ok or the issue was settled or any compensation about it The location is at the end of the Mamsha on ther construction side.

Disliked: I would like to raise a complaint regarding an incident that happened during our stay. We booked the apartment through booking for 6 guests, and the listing clearly stated that the maximum number of guests allowed was 6. We also made the reservation for 6 people, so we naturally understood that all 6 guests would be able to use the facilities available to guests, including the swimming pool, unless there were specific restrictions clearly communicated to us beforehand. While we were swimming, a security guard named Taheer suddenly approached us and asked which residence we were staying in. After we gave him our residence number, he told us that we were not allowed to use the pool because the maximum number of people permitted was only 3. This was very confusing and frustrating because we were never informed that only 3 guests could use the pool. The booking itself allowed 6 guests, and we had reserved the apartment for 6 people. If there was a separate restriction regarding the number of people allowed in the pool, this should have been clearly communicated to us before or upon check-in. After we packed our things and were returning to our apartment, we encountered Taheer again in the hallway. He then told us that he had spoken with the apartment owner and that it was actually okay for 5 people to use the pool. However, this still did not resolve the situation because there were 6 of us, and it was unreasonable to expect one person to simply stay behind while the others went swimming. The whole situation was embarrassing, especially because we were approached and told that we were not allowed to be there. If we had known beforehand that there was a restriction on the number of guests allowed in the pool, we would have planned accordingly and likely would not have gone to the beach or made plans around using the pool. To be clear, we had no issues with the apartment itself, the room, or the amenities provided. Everything else was fine.

Liked: Mamsha beach is a fantastic peaceful location, building facilities are great, apartment very spacious. Unfortunately the host just made our stay very unpleasant and frustrating.

Disliked: Trustnest Holiday Homes (Host) is the most unprofessional agency I have met in my 12 years living in the UAE. As part of their price is free beach access for 3 people which they do not provide and expect you to pay extra (AED 600 per day). Their communication is very bad, they are making excuses, lies just not to fulfill what they promised.

Liked: Location is superb with free Parking close to restaurants and the beach

Liked: The apartment is very clean and well furnished, spacious and stylish. the location is close to the beach access for kids to have fun. the swimming pool is also nice.

Disliked: construction noise was too much, no parking card access (every time you need to wait for someone to come and let you in). beach access is free for 3 guests only (might not be the host fault but the management

Liked: Proximité plage, restaurants, golf, musées

Disliked: Placement côté rue avec nuisances, beaucoup de travaux nuit et jour

Liked: Location location location!

Disliked: It was difficult communicating to them. No number. The were quick to respond. But didn’t provide enough of our requests.

Liked: Clean location

Disliked: Noise that make me not sleep well for 3 nights because there is construction site next to it
