Liked: A good location to see the sights like Al Balad and the Corniche. Appreciated the early check in and room very spacious. Breakfast was okay.

Disliked: Room was quite damp with condensation dripping from one of the beams. Shower did not drain well.

I booked this hotel because it is within walking distance of the Prophet's Mosque and is reasonably priced. I didn't have high expectations based on the price range, but I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room, which allowed me to fully relax from my travels. It seems to be common at Saudi accommodations, but there was plenty of Saudi coffee and dates available in the lobby, which was nice for a quick break. I felt that the breakfast offered a sufficient amount for the price range, and I was satisfied. The area around the hotel is under redevelopment, and unfortunately, the old town has been demolished and turned into a vacant lot. It appears that this area is being redeveloped into a hotel area for pilgrims, so if you're expecting a downtown atmosphere based on past information, you might be disappointed. Overall, it was a place I would be happy to stay at again. Thank you to the staff.

Liked: The rooms were clean, minimum wait time at elevators and ok breakfast options. Mostly same alternative days. 40 SAR.

Disliked: Biggest disappointment is the bus service. My heart dropped when I saw other hotel buses picking up passengers from 10B parking lot under the Masjid e Nabawi and our hotel driver left us off far away from Masjid and we need to walk around 10 to 13 mins to reach King Fahd Gate. If he drop us in parking, the walk will cut down to 2 mins which is the reason i paid around 350 per night for this hotel location far away than others... Secondly, they have only one bus for now and the wait times sometimes exceed 30 to 40 mins and it totally defeats the purpose. Should be 2 buses running back and forth. Thirdly, bus timings are 3am to 6am (why not 7am? There were multiple instances when me and my wife had to pay taxi to go hotel since we went to say salam or prayed duha prayer) and 11am to 10pm at night. There's always an anxiety factor of rushing to catch the bus before it goes away and u are struct negotiating 10 or 15 riyals for taxis to drop u off to or from hotel...

Liked: Amazing hotel with perfect rooms and the most professional, friendly, and lovely staff! The shuttle bus to the Prophet’s Mosque is always available, making everything so convenient. Truly a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. Would happily stay here again!

Disliked: The entrance and lobby could use some improvement to reflect the beautiful design and quality of the rooms and corridors. The breakfast also needs improvement, with more variety, better-quality options, and fresher juices to make it a more satisfying experience. With these few improvements, the hotel would be even better!
