Zedwell Piccadilly

The room had no windows and thigh initially it sounded great, the change in time zones makes adjusting even more difficult because you don’t have any sense of the day. The reception is clean, but I was there for 7 day and housekeeping never came. I used the app to request towels and that took long only to find out that I had to go request them myself. The location is central to the city but there is so much foot traffic and construction. I wish I would have select the Z instead but I would never stay here again.

15 pound to leave an item of luggage is absolutely extortionate. Have never experienced a charge like this before. Lobby was extremely crowded all day until check in. Struggled to get a seat for my disabled mother. Overall a decent location but would be a last resort Rooms fine. As expected.

- Rooms are clean, but no housekeeping. - In a busy area but rooms are very quiet. Though you can hear upstairs neighbors if they have heavy steps. - There is a basement with a cafe that has hot water and seating areas.

Simple check-in, friendly staff. Booked a "cocoon 2" room for one person, and ended up with 4 double beds in a bunk-bed style room all to myself. Room, lifts, corridors etc were spotless, shower was great, and room was exceptionally quiet with aircon that worked beautifully (and was pretty quiet) Location is perfect - 40 yards from Piccadilly tube, and so many great places to walk to. I only went for one night to have some beers with friends, but the convenience and location was outstanding. Didn't use any other hotel facilities, so can't comment on them

location v good. no hot drinking water though. and very bad organisation. it's more suitable for the solo traveller who is ok with very little organisation (no tables, no wardrobe, only 2 hooks).

Absolutely terrible room. There are ZERO windows. No natural light, no fresh air, and the whole room feels like a box. It’s dark, cramped, and extremely claustrophobic. If you are even slightly claustrophobic, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL unless you have confirmed that your room has a window. This should be made much clearer when booking because staying in a completely windowless room is not something everyone would be comfortable with. Honestly, it felt more like being locked in a basement than staying in a hotel. I would not stay here again
