Zemi Hotel Cappadocia

Liked: Comfortable large cave room, room 803. Property was clean and very close to the centre of the town, which you could walk to. Surrounding area was pretty and the pool was a bonus on hot days. It was also within walking distance of the open air museum which is a must see. Unfortuntely all air balloning was cancelling during our entire stay so we didn't get the see or experience that part.

Disliked: We found the music at the pool a little loud for our liking, but we were sitting right next to it as that's where the shade was.

Liked: communication is not as fluent as expected. If you are going to this hotel as it is written disabled friendly is NOT.

Disliked: As a wheelchair user, accessibility was not simply a preference for me; it was the main reason I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, after my arrival, I discovered that I could not independently access important facilities, including the breakfast area and the swimming pool. There were many stairs, and there were no handrails or other accessibility features that would have allowed me to reach these areas safely.

Liked: It was clean and very modern great pool very big compared to other hotels in area

Disliked: Sauna and steam room access for all guests

Liked: Personnel was completely attentive, room was clean and in perfect conditions. Bed was the excellent part of this hotel, besides food, pool and facilities. I will come back

Liked: The location is so close to downtown and Goreme open Air museum. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Mustafa gave us a lovely tour to see the caves and garden rooms located behind the hotel..so nice 🙏

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: They have pool and good buffet from breakfast, and good prices in spa

Disliked: The staff doesn’t resolve your problem, they didn’t have intentions to solve the problems. I asked for a transportation to the airport, and they pretend I arrive one hour before flight departure. They say because it was a small airport, I tell them I have problems with my check in and I have to go 2 hours before departure, the only solution they give was a private transport that cost 100 euros, the didn’t have the amiability to asked the transportation if the can pick us earlier, also the staff was very rude in their answer always trying to have the reason. Finally I order an uber that was 58 dollars less that what they expected me to pay For being a 5 star they don’t have food in the bar in the room, also the bathroom on the pool is dirty

Liked: Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the location is probably the best one to see the hot air balloons fly around and the breakfast is also fantastic. The room was very large and clean. Me and my fiance made the Haman massage (package 1) and we loved it! It's a must! On the other side of the road, there is a viewpoint where you can almost catch the hot air balloons with your hands. Awesome experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Zemi Hotel in Göreme. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character exactly the Cappadocia experience we were hoping for. Staff were warm and helpful throughout, breakfast was excellent with great views, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cappadocia!
