Big room with enough space to move freely, does not feel tight. Staff give you towels when needed and do not argue with you saying it's limited.

We have repeatedly requested room service to clean our room, but every time we are told that they are busy because there are around 100 check-outs and they will clean our room only if they have time. We have 2 quad rooms, and after insisting several times, we were told that they only had three bedsheets available and that the remaining bedsheet would be changed the next day. However, even during the following two days, the bedsheet was still not changed, with the same excuse that they did not have time. We understand that the hotel may be busy, but this is not acceptable. Basic room cleaning and changing the bedsheets should be provided, especially when guests have repeatedly requested it. We kindly request the management to address this issue immediately so the other guest will not suffer.

They need to shift the house keeping accessories from the roos passage

I’m disappointed with my six night stay. Staff repeatedly knocked on my door while I was sleeping, asking when I was checking out or even confirming whether the room was occupied. Surely, the hotel’s system should clearly show the guest’s check in and check out dates. The room carpet was also visibly dirty and stained, and throughout my six night stay, only one bottle of water was provided. These are basic aspects of hotel service that need significant improvement.

We booked two room with 8 beds they gave us suit but deny to give suite main door key. On many request they just give us 1 key. We requested them to at least give us two key so main and female members will have at least 1 key but the staff attitude was rude, more over bathroom accessories was not given we ask them and complain about it then they provided tooth brushes and slippers only no shaving kit etc, more over internet will not work in room you have to go lobby or sit beside main door room. 1 room ac AC was not working fine. I would not recommend any one this hotel. Please do not waste your money here
