Here's the twist: the kitchen splits into two teams – Team Seafood and Team Chicken – each crafting their own authentic Catalan paella side by side. While your paella simmers, snack on a tasting board of Iberian cured meats and local cheeses from different regions of Spain, always alongside a good Catalan's best friend: pa amb tomàquet. Once both paellas are ready, everyone sits down together to taste both versions and decide with the chef which team takes the win.
