About this activity
Go beyond the stereotypes and see Ireland from the outside in, with a visit to EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum! Winner of Europe's Leading Tourist Attraction three years in a row at the World Travel Awards 2019, 2020 & 2021, all good trips to Dublin start here.
EPIC is an interactive journey about how a small island made a big impact on the world. Discover why Irishness is celebrated globally, with a journey through Irish history and culture, told from the perspective of those who lived it.
To begin you will receive a stamped passport as you enter the exhibition, and then follow a path through themed galleries. You will discover why people left, how they influenced their new home, and experience the connection between their descendants and modern day Ireland. Immerse yourself in the stories of some of the most remarkable tales of sacrifice, endurance, adventure and discovery the world has ever known.
