* Waiting time and procedures - Edinburgh airport After baggage claim, head to the meeting point as soon as you can. 1 - After passport control and baggage claim, make your way to the meeting points below. 2 - Look out for your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it. EUROPEAN FLIGHTS The driver will arrive 30 minutes after the flight lands for EUROPEAN flights and will wait for an additional 30 minutes. NON-EUROPEAN FLIGHTS The driver will arrive 30 minutes after the flight lands for NON-EUROPEAN flights and will wait for an additional 30 minutes. MEETING POINTS: ‘Starbucks Coffee Edinburgh airport ARRIVALS” IMPORTANT ***** If the client fails to contact us or our driver during the agreed meeting time, service will be reported as a no-show, with 100% charges. Waiting time after the agreed meeting time will be subject to availability. Extra charges will apply. IMPORTANT ***** Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1x Large suitcase + 1x hand luggage per person. If you require extra luggage, please let us know in advance. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions. Please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. IMPORTANT ***** a) FLIGHT CANCELLED, FLIGHT DIVERTED, will have 100% charges b) FLIGHT DELAY If your flight is delayed up to 3 hours maximum, you don't need to do anything, our driver will be at the arrivals hall waiting your you, c) If the end client's flight or train is delayed by more than three hours from the estimated arrival time or it is cancelled or diverted, leading to a different arrival time, the end consumer must contact the service provider to confirm the new arrival time and availability of the service. In this case, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge or no-show charge up to the full cost of the reservation.
