What you will do
The surf lesson lasts 1h30min. Firstly, we will meet on the beach, where the necessary material for the activity will be distributed (board and wetsuit). Then we will stretch and talk a little about the theory of surfing and risk prevention. Then we will go to the practical part, still out of the water. When all students are ready and confident to get in the water, we'll get down to business...surfing!
