The tour covers Caesarea, Zichron Ya'akov town and the Barons' Gardens (Ramat Ha'Nadiv). If time allows, one of the following can be added: Kibbutz visit including a cactus garden OR A short nature hike.

The visit in the impressive Roman city built by king Herod 2000 yrs ago, situated on the beautiful shore of the Mediterranean Sea is breathtaking. The theater, Herod's Palace, the remains of the massive port as well as the crusader fortifications are true archeological gems. Here you can become a Roman citizen for a day! Sing opera in the theater, discuss philosophy with the ancient statues, race in the hippodrome, dive in the Roman bathhouse, and use the public Latrine… Bread and Circuses were the strategy of the Roman empire, so come and witness where the gladiators fought wild animals, where horse chariots raced and comedies and tragedies were staged – You are going to visit the glory of the great builder – King Herod, the city that had temples, palaces, and the biggest port of the middle east.

Stroll in the sublime gardens of Baron Edmond de Rothschild! One of the most beautiful parks in Israel is Ramat Hanadiv Nature Park, and yet it is off the beaten path for most foreign visitors. We will discover the easels scattered around the Gardens, smell the intoxicating fragrances in the Fragrance Garden, take selfies in the Rose Garden, relax in the Palm Garden and even pay tribute to the sugar daddy of modern Zionism – The Baron Edmond the Rothschild. An amazing park combining nature, 360 viewpoints, roses garden, palms garden and fragrance garden, all dedicated to the memory of Baron Rothschild, whose help was crucial for the establishment of Israel.
