What you will do
During this experience, you will meet at a central meeting point and travel together to a beautiful villa in the Palmeraie. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with traditional Moroccan mint tea and discover the flavors and stories behind Moroccan cuisine. You’ll learn about local spices and ingredients, then choose a classic dish to prepare — such as Tagine, Couscous, or Seffa. With guidance from an experienced Moroccan cook, you’ll chop, season, and cook your dish step-by-step using authentic home-style techniques. After cooking, you’ll enjoy your homemade meal together in a warm family atmosphere. Expect delicious food, cultural stories, tea rituals, and beautiful memories. Pick-up starts approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Guests staying inside the Medina will be picked up from their riad or a nearby meeting point. Guests staying outside the Medina will meet at La Mamounia Hotel. The exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed one day before the activity.
