About this activity
We will be walking inside and through Medina and landmarks such as Koutoubia Mosque, Medina, Jamaa Elfna Square, etc. Go on this cultural journey exploring the streets of Marrakech to the 12th century Koutoubia Mosque. It makes the Mosque’s minaret a landmark for navigating the city. The mosque’s interior is not open to tourists, but you can still take a walk in its garden. As you walk around it, you will learn much about its history and the 5 pillars of Islam, along with other religious matters. From here, we head and continue our exploring adventure by getting deep into the maze and labyrinths of Marrakech Medina. We will touch together with the beauty and the colors of the horseshoe arches, Riads doors, fountains, and much more! During the tour, we will get close as well to Morocco in terms of many issues such as the variety of cultures, people, languages, traditions, economy, political system, and other topics.
