What you will do
Come See The Sea! A 60 minute Beach Yoga class on the sand in the shade of a Banyan tree and still close to the waves rolling up. Bring a towel not a yoga mat. Class is a mix of dance conditioning, sports stretching, and Hatha Yoga.
