MEETING POINT : Please be there 10 min before the official departure time! If you are late you will not be allowed entrance into the Eiffel Tower, given a refund, or allowed to reschedule, so please plan ahead! NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO MEET WITH THE BLUE FOX TRAVEL GUIDE 10 minutes before the official booked entry time at the designated meeting point (see below) in order to meet with your guide and receive your tickets. The Blue Fox Travel guide holds your Eiffel Tower tickets, DO NOT GO to the Eiffel Tower office as they do not have your tickets. You must enter the tower with your guide or you'll not be allowed to enter. Our guide always arrives 5 minutes before the scheduled entrance time. CANCELLATION POLICY & additional info : Tours run Rain or Shine! Full refunds are given if the reservation is cancelled more than 24hrs before the scheduled departure time of the tour. No refunds are given for any reasons once 24hrs prior to the scheduled departure time of the tour. Due to strict regulations, the Eiffel Tower does not allow pets, knives, weapons, drinks or suitcases of any kind. Everyone will be subject to a full security check before entering the tower, no exception. Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded. It is a timed group entry ticket.
