What you will do
Step into a welcoming Roman kitchen and get ready to cook, sip, and dine like a local. With your Italian chef guiding you at every stage, you will mix and roll fresh pasta dough by hand, shape and fill your own ravioli, and master the layers of a classic tiramisu. As the kitchen fills with the aromas of fresh pasta and coffee-soaked dessert, pour yourself a glass of Italian wine and enjoy the lively, intimate atmosphere around the table.
