Meet your guide between the JR Shibuya Station Hachiko Exit and the Shibuchika Basement Department Store entrance. Facing Shibuya Crossing from the JR station, your guide will be on the left between both landmarks. Please do not wait at the Hachiko Statue.

End point: Tokyu Department Store basement level under the station.
