AMAJOH is a truly unique restaurant where guests can experience Ama diving fishing, a cultural tradition of Japan, showcased right before their eyes. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a massive 20-ton aquarium, surrounded by seating that provides an unparalleled view of this heritage practice. It promotes the Ama diver culture — that has more than 2,000 years of history — and creates connections between the production areas and urban areas, providing a place where many guests can experience the charm of Ama diver fishing.
