Please plan to to show up at the CheckandGo Tours office in via Sebastiano Veniero 21 to check-in at the desk at lesat 20 minutes before the tour starts. Tour reservations have strict timing. If you arrive late, it will not be possible to join the group, redeem the tickets or reschedule and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please bring any form of ID, photo or copy of each participant since they will check them inside. Please note that to enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women at all times throughout the year. Certain areas of the attraction may be closed due to religious festivities or official events. These closures may be communicated by the Vatican on the same day. In such cases, we will make our best effort to fulfill the tour by including alternative areas whenever possible.
