It is very close to the subway station, with supermarkets and inexpensive restaurants nearby, allowing for a relatively cost-effective stay even in the expensive Riyadh. The staff's response was polite and matched the hotel's rank, which was favorable. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was just one point; during my one-night stay, I did not have time to bring it up, but the shower did not produce hot water, only lukewarm water that was close to cold. I believe they would have addressed it if I had requested, but there may be some aspects that reflect the age of the building.

Room was spacious however, the dinning expereince for a popular hotel did not live up to my expectation at all.

Liked: Spacious, the lobby is luxurious

Disliked: The location is around slums, traffic and too much cars parked around the neighborhood. Our first timer friend was robbed by locals. The housekeeping team prepared toiletries and towels for one person where we paid for a room for 3. We requested also cleaning but it was not clean. The food also is not that good. You get the same food and only 3 types of food are being changed every day. Mostly food are for Indian nationals

Beautiful interiors, excellent hygiene, and very clean rooms. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great hospitality
