“Found Insects”
We encountered the following incidents at the buffet: • Spoiled Food: My mother ordered a dosa at the live counter, but the tomato chutney served alongside it was completely spoiled and had a terrible, foul odor. • Insect Contamination: More shockingly, we discovered a live insect inside the corn flakes jar at the live counter. While I immediately raised a complaint with your staff on duty and they quickly removed the contaminated jar, these incidents raise serious questions about your kitchen's basic food safety standards, storage practices, and quality control. Serving spoiled food and having pests inside serving containers is hazardous and not what we expect from a reputable 5-star brand like Le Méridien.

“⭐️ Excellent Location, Clean Property & Great Food”
Le Méridien Goa is a premium, well-maintained property in an excellent location, right in the main area with everything easily accessible and the beach also nearby. The property is very clean, and the room was spotless, comfortable and of very good quality. The overall ambience is pleasant, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There’s also a play area for kids and plenty of complimentary activities for adults, which makes it a good family stay. The breakfast was excellent. The variety was somewhat limited, but the quality and taste were really good. The welcome drink and warm welcome from the staff were also nice touches. The only issue I faced was with the room AC. It kept the room around 20–21°C and wouldn’t allow me to increase the temperature. Staff tried to fix it a couple of times, but the issue returned. With children in the family, this was uncomfortable. Perhaps changing the room would have solved it, but I didn’t push further. Apart from the AC issue, everything else was very good—cleanliness, room quality, food, location and service. A comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

“Not fit to be called 5 star hotel”
Rooms are so compact and washroom water is dirty, rooms so small, not enough parking space, don't know how this is given tag as 5 star hotel
