Disliked: Disappointing experience — not worth the money Unfortunately, our experience at this property was not very good, and considering the amount we paid, I don’t feel the stay was worth the money. To begin with, we were initially given a lower-grade room than the one we had actually booked. Only after we raised the issue were we moved to the correct room. This was a disappointing way to start the stay. Also, the photos shown on Booking.com are quite misleading compared with the actual condition of the property. The rooms appear much better in the pictures, while in reality the rooms are quite old, poorly maintained, and do not look like what you would expect based on the listing. The biggest issue, however, is the road leading to the property. The last approximately 500 metres are in extremely poor condition, with numerous potholes. There is also very little/no proper lighting on this stretch, making it pitch dark at night. Reaching the property after dark was uncomfortable and difficult, especially by car. The staff also did not come across as particularly welcoming or attentive, which further affected the overall experience. For the price we paid, I honestly expected a much better experience. There are better-maintained alternatives available in Goa at a similar price point. I would strongly recommend checking recent reviews and the actual location/access road before booking. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations and, in my opinion, was not good value for money.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Service road from the main road was very bad. Mud road and puddles in between. Because of road we would not recommend this property.

Disliked: We requested for extra bed, which was provided very late. Infact we had to call the reception and remind again.

Bitten by Bed bugs, run down property, staff not trained.
