“Sham for the name”

Broken toilet fittings, AC controls not working kept the room at a frigid 18 degrees. We had to checkout a day earlier cos the room was not habitable at night with the temperature. Breakfast was barely any good, very few options and barely palatable. If you are below 60 years of age this is a Ramada you should probably avoid.

“Welcomed with threats of hidden fees – Terrible hospitality”

Extremely disappointed with the attitude of management here. Right at check-in, the staff took it upon themselves to warn me about an outrageous "crockery fee" if food was brought in from outside. Starting a guest’s stay with an insulting lecture on extra penalties—something even budget 2-star hotels don't do—sets a terrible tone for the entire trip. To make matters worse, when I challenged them to show me this policy in writing or give me written communication on mail they couldn't produce any or share the mail communication. When they have put so much brajn in designing this policy then why they are hiding themselves in sharing a wriiten communication. Save yourself the annoyance and stay somewhere that actually respects its guests.
