Sea Princess Hotel

Very poor customer service by receiption manager Mr Lijjo was very rude as through Agoda twin beds weren't provided as requested inspite of repeated requests, small 250 ml water bottles are given which is insufficient even RO water not provided when requested very rude House Keeping staff bedsheets bathroom towels not changed very much delay on calls very very bad behaviour experience we had by receiption and house keeping staff only for we booked through Agoda Never recommend us such hotels

The suite at the sea princess gives the most beautiful views of the ocean no matter what room you are in the suite. The suite is maintained at a high standard All the amenities in the hotel are great as are the staff. Fatima at the front desk and Riya at their restaurant were extremely welcoming and helpful. The only downside is the music from the nightclub as it’s not soundproof, so a little difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I would highly recommend a stay here, just for the views and ambience.

It was a very comfortable stay and staff was very helpful n I had a good time

Worst Hotel - DONT book stay here - 1. Pathetic experience- u won’t get to sleep. Manager doesn’t help. Very loud music is played till 3 am in the hotel club - the loud music is heard till 3rd 4th floor in the rooms 2. Room service - Used slippers are kept 3. No welcome drink

I am regular visitor of sea princess..

happy visitor

Excellent services. Humble staff

The hotel is ok but the room was extremely noisy! They club was playing loud noise till 3 am and they gave me a connected room where the other side played loud music till 8 am ( making it sound like music was in my room) and the staff said they are helpless as it’s a privacy issue
