“Luxurious Day..!”
From the moment you step through the doors of Trèsind Mumbai, the chaotic rush of the outside world simply fades away. Wrapped in a beautiful embrace of deep royal blues and soft gold lighting, the space feels less like a restaurant and more like a private sanctuary designed just for you. Every single dish is served like a love letter to Indian heritage, brought to life with a sense of wonder and storytelling that moves the heart as much as the palate. Yet, what truly lingers long after the final course is the extraordinary warmth of the people. The staff do not just serve you; they care for you, anticipating your unspoken needs with a gentle, graceful hospitality that makes you feel deeply valued. It is a rare, beautiful experience that feeds the soul.

“Above average”
Disliked: We got our room late by 230pm The coffee machine inthe room wasn't cleaned and the pods were missing The buttons and switches needed renovation and were outdated We booked a pool facing room 1107 but no pool view They gave us one key which was annoying since we were travelling with a baby and needed to use the room at different times

“Not worth the hype!!”
Terrible experience. A blot on the name and reputation of the Taj Group. Our check-in was smooth. We were upsold an additional package of ₹12,000 over the ₹30,000 we had already spent, and we chose to take it. That was perfectly fine. The room was okay, room service through the day was good, and the staff responded whenever we needed anything. The room itself is functional, though certainly not what I would describe as luxurious or exceptional. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience completely changed our impression of the hotel. The pita breads at the mezze counter were rubbery, fried and undercooked. After we complained, we were given another batch that was literally cold. We returned those as well. The pancakes were equally disappointing. They were rubbery and chewy rather than soft and fluffy. We complained and were offered fresh pancakes, but by then we had lost confidence in the food. The muesli was extremely artificial-tasting, and the fruits I requested to be cut into small pieces were served as huge cubes that were completely impractical to eat with the muesli. We then ordered chole puri and potato bhaji. It took 10–15 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the potato bhaji was missing. The coffee service was perhaps the most astonishing. We ordered one Americano and one cappuccino. A cappuccino was brought to my husband and confidently presented as an Americano. The staff eventually admitted it was the wrong coffee and took it away. The Americano had apparently been delivered to another table. The staff picked it up from that table and brought it to my husband, assuring us it had not been sipped. At that point, understandably, we had absolutely no confidence in drinking it. Finally, someone came over and asked how the service was. I asked for a written feedback form because I wanted to document the experience internally. I was told there was no feedback form. I was offered an A4 sheet instead. What followed was even more disappointing. A manager came over, apologised repeatedly and offered to send breakfast to our room. That completely missed the point. This is supposed to be a five-star Taj property. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic standards of food quality, accuracy, hygiene and service consistency. I also run teams where customer experience matters deeply. When I serve my customers, I expect my teams to give them nothing but the best. I therefore expect the same when I am paying ₹42,000+ for a hotel stay. Yesterday, our experience was largely pleasant. Today’s breakfast service undid much of that goodwill. Taj is a name people trust. Taj Lands’ End needs to seriously examine whether the experience being delivered here lives up to that name. Very disappointing.

“Property good but not for special occasion.”
Disliked: We informed the property by email that it was my wedding night, and they did not provide anything extra that my friends experienced at other hotels. I was disappointed and will think twice before recommending any one for their Wedding night for this property.
