Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The taj tower Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at the entrance and the restaurant team, who always greeted us with a smile and took such good care of us. Their kindness, attentiveness and excellent service made every day feel special. We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team. Our rooms were always beautifully cleaned and maintained, and their hard work certainly did not go unnoticed. The same appreciation goes to the security team, parking staff, and all the other employees we encountered during our stay. Everyone was consistently friendly, respectful, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, elegant and exceptionally clean. You can really see how much attention is given to maintaining such a high standard throughout the entire property. What made our stay most memorable, however, was the people. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made The Leela feel like much more than just a hotel it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team at The taj tower for taking such wonderful care of us and for making our time in Mumbai so special. We leave with beautiful memories and would happily return in the future. ❤️🙏🏼
