Safe, nice hospitality, wonderful location

The location of the hotel is good. But facilities are average. Hotel is little bug infested. Room keys never worked. AC was functional. Staff were polite but other amenities are outdated. Would recommend Only for 1 or 2 days at max if not accompanied by kids

Everything about the property was good, especially the location and swimming pool. However, the room was not cleaned properly. I found spiders and webs around the furniture. Everything else was good, but the room needed a deeper cleaning. This may also be because some of the furniture is old and needs better maintenance.

Rooms are very clean and room service is very good. Receptionist gave full guideness how to call room service and each and every thing clearly and timing of swimming pool works etc...

Location is good, 700 meters approx to baga beach and all the basic facility like food, medicine and markets are accessible.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights during our Goa trip, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the behaviour of the staff, particularly the security guard at the main gate. His way of speaking to guests was extremely rude and lacked basic etiquette and hospitality. As a customer, you expect to be treated respectfully, especially when entering or leaving the property, but that was not our experience. The property itself also feels quite old and could use better maintenance and refurbishment. The cleanliness was not up to the standard we expected either. Some of the cleaning staff also appeared frustrated and unwelcoming, which further affected the overall experience. A resort’s location and facilities can only go so far — good hospitality and respectful behaviour towards guests are equally important. Unfortunately, that was missing during our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both staff behaviour and property maintenance, because there is definitely room for improvement.

The property impressed with its excellent location. The rooms were clean and staff was attentive to our requirements. We were quite satisfied with the hospitality. The food was great. Definately recommended best stay in low budget:)

I had a very bad experience. The property was extremely dirty, bedsheets were not clean, bathroom was unhygienic, and there was no proper service. The photos shown online are completely fake compared to reality. I will never visit again and will not recommend to anyone.
