Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended We booked this hotel for 3 nights, expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but unfortunately, the experience was horrible. The property appears old and poorly maintained. We faced multiple issues during our stay, including AC leakage, poor housekeeping, and a lack of proper room cleaning despite informing the front desk. The buffet breakfast was also extremely disappointing, with poor quality and an unsatisfactory overall experience. The swimming pool was not clean either, which was another major disappointment. The property clearly requires renovation and proper maintenance to meet guests’ expectations. Considering the facilities shown online, we chose this hotel, but the actual experience was completely different from what we expected. My personal recommendation is to explore other hotel options before booking this property. The management seriously needs to improve housekeeping standards, food quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest service. Overall, this was a pathetic experience and certainly not worth the money we paid for our 3-night stay.

Maintenance is absolutely zero, Room ceeling filled with fungus and mushrooms, Wall have some termites stain, Bathroom was good,worthy & clean

I love everything about the hotel.The service is far better than a so called 5 -star hotel.I was super impressed.Rooms were decent.Service is exceptional.You call the restaurant & ur order is ready within 15-20 mins.Pool was clean.They provide extra tea-coffee amenities if you want,extra toiletries too...Staff is so polite & helpful.Colva beach is just 500 metres from the hotel & colva market 1-1.5 km.
