“Clueless staff”
First of all they couldn't locate my booking and conveniently said that you don't have a booking here. After explaining them for 15 minutes they agreed to check at backend and finally got my booking and I could finally check in after waiting more than 40 minutes that too in the evening which is way beyond the standard check in time. I arrived to Mumbai after a flight of 16 odd hours and just wanted to eat and sleep, I asked the staff is it possible to order food online and I was told 'yes', if its paid, they'll take it to my room but when the food came they told me that I have to go outside the hotel premises which was more than 500mts which furthermore ruined the experience after the check in fiasco. Totally unacceptable from a 5 star hotel and a brand like Leela.

“Excellent”
Liked: Great option to stay close to the airport. Staff very attentive to our needs. We arrived at 2 AM after a long flight and the check in process was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: All was good!

“Good, solid hotel with great staff”

“Good hotel, but bad service”
Liked: The place is good and clean
Disliked: We were almost got kick out!! We booked for 2 rooms. However, with the mistake of the reservation team, they record only 1 room in there system. At midnight, the check in manager has asked one of us to move to another hotel. This is a very bad impression.

“Not really a 5 star hotel stay, but this is India, so this is what you get without paying a fortune”
Liked: breakfast was great. Room was quite fine. Generally, things were clean in the room, and in the lounge
Disliked: The hotel garden/swimming poor area do not meet the mark. But this is India, people and places are pretty shabby and dirty. So this is all you get unless you paying with an arm and a leg.
