Exceptional experience at Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai. The staff is professional, warm, smiling and courteous. The food is excellent & the entire team went above and beyond to make our anniversary week special. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommended!

Liked: The bed is firm. The gym is well equipped. I like how the concierge were so friendly. I needed help delivering stuff to the hotel for my event and they were responsive and helpful. Not only that, they recommended and suggested places when I need to look for something.

Disliked: The sheets could be better. It was a bit rough to my liking, but it could just be my preference.

Liked: Staff services are amazing and very helpful. They offer us everything we need. Breakfast is always served in a better way. There are a lot of varieties of foods. Big thanks to. Mr. Sarthak, karishma and Abinav and everyone in hotel staff

Here’s a polished Agoda review that keeps the praise strong while clearly explaining the lift issue: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about my stay was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the beautifully decorated room, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The flowers and balloons on the bed, along with the beautiful rose bouquet, were a lovely surprise and made the stay feel very special. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was wonderful, and being on the 32nd floor provided a beautiful view. I have no complaints about the room or overall service. The only area that could be improved is the lift system. With the room on the 32nd floor, the waiting time for the lifts could sometimes be quite long. There appeared to be a single button controlling around 4–5 lifts, and there was no clear indication of which lift was arriving. By the time you realised which lift had opened, the doors could close and the lift would leave, meaning you had to press the button and wait again. A simple display showing which lift is arriving or its direction would make this much easier. Overall, an exceptional stay with wonderful service and thoughtful hospitality. I would happily stay again.

Liked: A Truly Memorable Stay at Trident I have been fortunate to travel extensively and stay at many wonderful hotels around the world, but my experience at Trident was genuinely special. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable, but what distinguishes Trident is its people. From the moment I arrived, I experienced a warmth and sincerity that went far beyond professional service. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant team or the staff welcoming guests at the door, there was a genuine desire to make you feel cared for. I also had the privilege of meeting Director Mr Amitabh Sinha and interacting with members of his team. What impressed me was the culture he has created—professional, disciplined and focused on excellence, yet remarkably warm and human. You can see that culture reflected throughout the hotel. Beautiful rooms and impressive surroundings are important, but ultimately you may forget your room number; you never forget how people made you feel. That is what I will remember about Trident—the warmth, the people and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed. My sincere appreciation to Mr Sinha and the entire Trident team for a memorable experience.

Liked: I really liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The service was good, the staff were welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Disliked: There wasn’t anything major that I disliked. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, although a few small details could still be improved.
