Free for children aged 0-3. Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. There must be 1 paying adult per 3 children, at a minimum ratio. 3. Some of the artworks contain water. To enter these areas, you will be required to remove your shoes. Lockers are available free of charge. 4. High heels are not allowed within the museum; suitable flat-soled shoes must be worn. 5. Please be aware of uneven surfaces. 6. Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes and fog are used in the artworks. 7. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue. 8. Food, drinks, smoking, dangerous items, and animals (except service animals such as guide dogs) are prohibited. 9. Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given. 10. Please be aware that some experiences may impact guests sensitive to intense sensory environments, or with respiratory conditions such as asthma. 11.
