Pickup instructions

Arrival pick up : The driver will be holding a signboard with your name at the “arrival hall exit belt” (glass door exit belt) closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight. We will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from the landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date. Departure: Pickup all customers prior the flight arrival time or 4 hours before departure time to airport.

Airport pickup will be arranged based on the flight details provided in your booking and the actual flight landing time. If you would like to explore inside the airport, or if there is any change to your flight number, arrival date, or arrival time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent or last-minute flight changes, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at +65 8786 1076. The revised pickup arrangement is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us. 3. We will wait for up to 75 minutes from the actual flight landing time. Once the 75-minute waiting period has expired, the booking will be recorded as a no-show and no refund will be issued. 4. If you book airport pickup and flight arrival between 23:00 hrs - 06:00 hrs. The additional charge is 10SGD per car pay direct to driver. 5. Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore

If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
