Arrival Transfer – Information Travellers Need to Know Child Safety: Under Singapore law, children below 1.35 metres in height must be secured with an appropriate child or booster seat. Travellers are required to bring their own, as child and booster seats are not provided. Waiting Time Policy: A complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time or cruise pick-up time is included. If the traveller has not met the chauffeur within 60 minutes, the chauffeur will depart, and the booking will be treated as a No-Show. No refund will be provided for No-Show bookings. Additional Stop: This service is a direct transfer to one destination only. Additional stops, detours, or route deviations are not permitted during the journey.
