1. Request Receipt & Booking The booking request is received through available channels (phone call, email, or online system), where trip details are recorded: service type (airport transfer, tourist tour, intercity transport), date and time, number of passengers, and required vehicle ty

2. Confirmation & Vehicle Assignment Once the request is received, the operations team reviews the details and assigns the appropriate vehicle from the fleet (130 vehicles of various types), designates a qualified driver, and sends an official confirmation to the client including the booking number, vehicle details, and driver information.

3. Pre-Trip Coordination The client is contacted prior to the trip to confirm accuracy of details (pickup location, destination, any special requirements). For tourist trips, coordination is also made for a specialized local guide to accompany the client, if included in the service.

4. Pickup & Departure The driver and vehicle arrive at the pickup point (airport, hotel, or designated location) with sufficient time before the scheduled time, ensuring the vehicle is clean and fully ready before receiving the client.

5. Trip Execution Transport is carried out according to the planned route, with comfort and safety maintained throughout. For tourist tours, the guide provides information and scheduled stops according to the agreed itinerary.

6. In-Trip Monitoring The operations team monitors the trip's progress to ensure adherence to schedules and to respond immediately to any updates or additional requests from the client.

7. Final Delivery (Drop-off) The client is delivered to the final destination at the scheduled time, with confirmation that all luggage and belongings are accounted for, and any additional assistance provided upon arrival.

8. Post-Service Follow-up The client is contacted after the service concludes to confirm satisfaction and experience quality, with an open channel for feedback that helps us continuously improve the service standards.
