For guests meeting at Dubai Mall, please proceed to the Big Bus Station at the Main Entrance. Arrive 15–30 mins before pickup. For help, contact your guide or our team. Note: Pick-up from areas outside Dubai, like Bab Al Shams, will have an extra transport charge.
Redemption
We do pick up between 03:30 Pm to 04:00 Pm. Please be ready by 03:30 Pm. Our guide can come to you anytime between 03:30 Pm to 04:00 Pm. Once Guide will reach your location he will give you a call or text you by WhatsApp.

- UAE rules: pregnant guests and anyone with serious back, neck, or heart conditions should not join off-road activities
